Disneyland Paris fans delighted as new Frozen land details emerge

Listen up, Disney fans.

Disneyland Paris is currently working on some new attractions.

In 2023, guests will be able to waltz around Frozen land, which will be a replica of the film’s Arendelle.

The corporation announced these plans back in 2018 – and we’ve been teased with sneak peeks ever since.

Some of the best clues have been shared by OutsidEars, a company known for unofficially reporting Disney news.

The outlet recently shared blueprints of the site to Twitter.

By the looks of plans, Frozen land will be built by a large lake. This will give it the feel of fictional Arendelle, which is the city Elsa resides in.

Other highlights are a castle and Ice Palace.

And apparently, a Frozen Ever After attraction is also in the pipeline.

OutsidEars captioned the images: “We know you were waiting for them, here are the first shots of the future resort of Anna and Elsa at #WaltDisneyStudios at #DisneylandParis.

“Known today as ‘Frozen Land’, this new area will consist of an aquatic attraction, sister of the one under construction in Hong Kong Disneyland, two shops as well as a restaurant and a meeting place with two queens of Arendelle. #Insidears.”

If the setting wasn’t exciting enough, Disney has big plans to keep Frozen fans entertained.

Water shows and character meet and greets are likely to launch in a few years time.

This means kids will get the chance to meet their favourite characters, including Elsa, Anna and Olaf.

David Wilson, site portfolio executive for Euro Disneyland Imagineering, commented on the plans.

He said: “This new, open-air development will add to the beauty and immersiveness of Walt Disney Studios Park, while providing the perfect center stage for not only daytime shows, but also nighttime spectaculars.

“It will completely rejuvenate the park’s experience.”
